Yes, we do! If your issue requires an onsite visit for resolution, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please note that billing for onsite visits includes travel time and is billed in one-hour increments, with a minimum charge of one hour. However, for remote resolutions, billing is done in 15-minute increments with no minimums.

Depending on your plan, you can utilize the hours for service, consulting, and projects. Additional hours and services are available for an extra cost, which you can easily add through the customer portal upon registration.

Plans are billed monthly per account. Any additional hours are subject to billing approval. Additional services, tools, and equipment are billed separately. For remote work, time is charged in 15-minute increments, while onsite services have a minimum charge of 1 hour per visit. After-hours and Saturdays are billed at 1.5 times the standard rate, while Sundays and holidays are billed at 2 times the standard rate.
